As an approved centre we offer CMI Awards, Certificates and Diplomas at Levels 3, 5 and 7. All courses are delivered via blended learning. This method consists of a mixture of workshops, 1 to 1 tutorials and guided self study via workbooks, thus offering maximum flexibility for the busy manager.
The level 3 qualifications are suitable for supervisors and first line managers who have operational responsibilities. Level 3 develops the skills and competencies required to become an effective first line manager.
The level 5 qualifications are suitable for middle managers as well as those aspiring to senior management. Level 5 provides a broader knowledge of of middle management as well as focusing on specific leadership areas appropriate to the workplace. A CMI level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership is the benchmark qualification for full CMI membership, taking you a step closer towards Chartered Manager status.
The level 7 qualifications are suitable for senior managers and Directors wishing to improve their management and leadership skills and focus on specific strategic areas.
