From introductory awards to postgraduate level credentials, there are a range of MI training programmes available to choose from. CMI plays a huge force in networking and advancing the management profession, and it has over 86,000 members, with more people gaining interest.
At Strategic Professionals\ we are an approved centre and can offer CMI awards, certificates and diplomas at Levels 3, 5 and 7.
Level 3- qualifications are appropriate for first-line managers and supervisors with operational responsibility. The abilities and talents necessary to become a successful first line manager are developed at Level 3.
Level 5- both middle managers and those aiming to high management can use these qualifications. Level 5 offers a more comprehensive understanding of middle management and focuses on certain leadership topics relevant to the workplace.
Level 7- qualifications are appropriate for senior managers and directors who want to hone their leadership and management abilities and concentrate on particular strategic areas.
