The business, which focuses on training and development for companies and individuals, is giving its two marketing interns the opportunity to partake in a plethora of projects. As the director, Sharon Southcott says, “We believe that offering a young person work experience is one of the most valuable contributions we can make. Our Interns are offered a chance to experience many different projects, they receive coaching from experienced managers and get the opportunity to contribute their ideas. We hope that when they leave us they have a better idea of their strengths, weaknesses and career goals and also can provide a reference from working on live projects”.
